1. No Returns

All sales made on Algorithm’s website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery (see section on Defective or Damaged Products). Please ensure you review all product details and specifications carefully before making a purchase.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any products once the order is placed and processed. All transactions are final, and cancellations are not permitted after an order has been confirmed. Please make sure you are certain about your purchase before completing the order.

3. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. All orders must be prepaid via the available online payment methods, such as upi, credit cards, debit cards, or other payment gateways as displayed during checkout.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or repair, depending on the nature of the defect. To report a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at algorithmbharat@outlook.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

Please note, we reserve the right to inspect the returned product before confirming a replacement or repair. This process may take 7-10 business days from the date of notification.

5. Warranty Claims

Certain products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the specific product page for warranty details. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer, and Algorithm will not be responsible for any disputes regarding warranty coverage.
